SHIPMENTS
Orders are shipped M-F. Orders received before 11:30 am Central Time, generally ship the same day.
Tracking information is emailed directly to customers once orders are shipped. Orders generally ship with USPS or FedEx. For shipping questions please contact customerservice@onegraceplace.net
Shipping costs are calculated based on cost of order. Orders over $75 receive FREE SHIPPING!
RETURNS
Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. One Grace Place will replace or issue a refund for the item's purchase price. Please note the following details about returns:
